Ženska Glava is a Minneapolis-based sommelier service born from a desire to bring wine & spirits to the people and the people together. We host wine classes for the public anchored by theme or region and work with bars and restaurants to create unique and profitable beverage programs.

We recognize that the wine and beverage industry has traditionally been inaccessible to many people. The knowledge of and engagement with wine and spirits is for everyone and we hope to contribute to its accessibility. We also acknowledge that we possess a limited perspective and in so doing hope to encourage all feedback in realizing this mission.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
We’re committed to representing wine and spirits that share a focus in the wellbeing of people. This means representing producers who share this commitment, pay fair wages and use responsible environmental practices such as organic, biodynamic and regenerative agriculture. We’ve chosen to work with a retail partner who shares these values.
PEOPLE
Wine is possible because of people, those who grow the grapes, make the wine, sell the wine and drink the wine. We’re a small Minneapolis based business that prioritizes the people of our immediate community and believe strongly in the power of mutual aid so 10% from every wine class is donated to a cause, group or individual.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
We seek to limit negative impact on the environment by being thoughtful about how we engage with materials and production. Deliveries are made by our retail partner Henry & Son as part of their normal delivery schedule, with the use of repurposed boxes. We prioritize wine producers who contribute to positive environmental change and small scale spirits producers.
